I'll be applying for a job with my company in their Birmingham office - purely because I already know people working there !!
I can't wait. I just hope that in a couple of months time, I feel exactly the same as I feel right now! I'm anxious and nervous just thinking about it all. But I know that I'll be ok if I am successful & do get the oppurtunity to move there.
I have nothing tying me down here in good old Melbourne town. And I've waited far too long to travel to the UK. Plus, once I'm there, it's going to be alot cheaper to move around Europe and see it all. Oh geez, I'm so excited. Hahaha.

So, Melbourne has finally started with some of that famous summer weather.
Todays top : 39 degrees celsius! (that approx 102 degrees farenheit for those Americans on my list!! hehe)
Now, NYE is on Monday -- Melbourne is going to get even hotter with a 41 degree day!!
I swear ... I'll be feeling it LMAO! I love the sun... I'm going to the beach tomorrow with Lisa. I cannot wait!!! I LOVE THE BEACH!
I would take my camera - but people tend to steal stuff.. so meh.. camera stays at home.

There will be a mass amount of photos taken on NYE. I'll be off chops -- so badly! haha.

I'm going to the good ol' Anglers Tavern. They've got a "Beach Party" going down! So I guess I'll be wearing zinc by the end of the night *huzzah*

Woo Hoo! My Sydney weekend is so close.
I leave on Friday night - 12th October.
We shall run a muck, and hope to cause much chaos, whilst under the influence of something or other .. ;)
Apparently I'm going to this place on Saturday night called PJ's. For anyone who is from Sydney or the surrounding areas - what is this place like? What do I have to wear?? hahaha.. I'm in a mini debate with myself on what clothes I need to take up with me.
Crossing all fingers, toes & limbs hoping for nice warm pleasant weather.

Well.. I'll be putting up all touristy photos sometime next week. Exciting and so incredibly geeky I know.
Can't wait for the good ol' "standing in front of Opera House and smiling" picture! Haha.. I'm such a nerd sometimes. Luvs it.

My first week @ K&N was good.
Although I was twiddling my thumbs for the best part of 4 days, I've now got some good clients and got some meetings set up with them next week. Not that is majorly interesting to most people, but I am enjoying it. I love it in fact.
The company is massive, so not what I am used to. But the people are nice. Friendly. Which is what really matters.
Here's hoping it still all travels well in the future - I just don't want to put the moz on anything!!! *crosses fingers*

So I officially no longer work for ASA.
WOO HOO!!
I now have a week off, and then I start my new job on July 23rd. I'm so excited, but so incredibly nervous too!
I know that I'll be ok, it's just I don't have any mates there just yet, so I'm on my own for a bit!!

Hope everyone is doing ok. I need to rest because I partied way too hard over the weekend, and my poor mind & body are paying for it now.

So it's possible that by the end of this week, I could have a new job!
I have a 2nd interview with KN on Wednesday, and my first interview with Schenker tomorrow night after work!
I'm really excited. Schenker are keen to meet with me. My cousin works for them, and her supervisor is very interested. So I'm thinking I'll tell them a higher price to hire me ;) haha.. sometimes I'm just so darn greedy!
But hey - I'll be working closer to home (about 5 mins - give or take with traffice) and I'll be earning 6-10k more a year! That's fucking awesome! The petrol I'll be saving alone is a life saver.. especially with the rise of petrol prices (bloody ridiculous).
So, I will officially have to hand in my notice of resignation. To be honest, this is what scares me. Haha. I just have to write something pissy, but my god, I'm so blah when it comes to that kind of junk!

So.. there is a very slim possibility that I could move to Sydney. For work.
My old boss, Brad, has moved up to our Sydney office and become the Branch Manager (earning himself some very nice coin). He called me today and asked if I was serious with my intention to move to Sydney. I said, if I get a really good pay rise, then yes indeed I would be very keen. So yeah, he's putting forth the option to our Sydney Director, and who knows, within six months, I could be living in Sydney.
I'm just in that stage that I need space, change.
I'm tired and need sleep... so good night.

I think I have been drunk for like two weeks now.... God - everyday is a hangover haha.. I love Easter Weekend! Four day break - it's the best!!!
Today I won a bet. So therefore I win a 6 pack of Scotch & Coke **YUM**
Nothing too much going on. My sister is back home now. So I've lost all freedom. But it's cheaper to not have freedom! ;) My hair is brown brown brown! It's nice, but I do miss the blonde. Oh, and I have no voice - YAY!

So I've managed to come home briefly and type up a message.
Nothing much has been going on at all. I've now decided for my 25th birthday, which is next year... YIKES!!...that I'm going to go to Darwin.
I want to drink a Darwin Stubbie - IN DARWIN!!
For all you who don't know what a Darwin Stubbie is - I suggest you google it! It's the largest bottle of beer ever! Lovin' it!
Anyway, not long to go and my sisters back, which means I have to kiss goodbye my freedom. *sigh* However, it also means presents. She bought me something from New York - I'm betting its an I HEART NY T-Shirt! Haha. It's just what my sister's all about.

Work is great. Surprisingly.
I have heaps more responsibility - and soon to be another pay rise - *woot*

I've just been a bit tired lately - doing extra hours at work and all. But it's give and take I guess.

So my sister leaves for the USA on Sunday (Feb 4th).
I'm so excited for her. But I'm more excited that I get to live at her place for 2 months. *nice*
In like 2 and a half weeks I turn 24.
In 2 and a half weeks, I'm going to get so completely totalled in celebration of this 24 years of existence. *very nice*
Right now, I'm peeling. Because of my silly sunburn from kiss my grass. WHY? Why did I allow myself to get burnt! Oh the peril.
My forehead looks ridiculous, and my back is so incredibly itchy its just eww. I'm shedding skin like a snake over here.

So while I'm at my sister's I possibly will not post. Unless I come home for some reason.

Subject:	Australia Day 2007 (Kiss My Grass)

Australia Day January 26th 2007 - Kiss My Grass - Sidney Myer Music Bowl - Melbourne, Australia. On this Australia Day, I went to the Kiss My Grass Home Grown Dance Music Festival with some friends. I played up a hell of alot. I laughed so much that it still hurts. I danced and then fell onto the ground - I think I may have bruised my buttox.. I love that word. I also met an English chap and dubbed him "Pie" for the day. It's a long story, but completely funny. Well, at least it was on Friday. So many high-5's on Australia Day. Everyone you walked past was saying "Give me 5" .. was great fun. In complete Australian Tradition, people put on their Zinc Cream, and then got completely burnt everywhere except for where they wrote or smeared on their Zinc. I just had one of the best days ever. So now I'm completely pumped for my birthday in like 2 weeks. That shall be such an eventful weekend. Hmm... I'm just delirious thinking about it. I hope everyone enjoyed their long weekend (for those of you who are in Australia). Here are some pics:

So, today I was reading the Sunday Herald Sun newspaper.
I've flicked to Robyn Riley's page, and she has completely infuriated me.
Branding tattoos as "Cheap & Nasty" following Angelina Jolie's tattoo exposure @ the Golden Globes.
I am so sick of narrow minded people's judgements on this issue. I've had enough!
I respect those people who choose to not have a tattoo - why can't people respect my choice for wanting tattoos?
It is just so frustrating, and I encourage everyone to go look at this woman's ridiculous blog and if you feel the need to vent your frustrations as I have done, then go right ahead.

I just need to say.. Lisa is the most spontaneous person I know.
Because of this, we're going to Newcastle, NSW in February for a 3 day/2 night adventure.
It's going to be awesome. Totally the best birthday I'll ever have!!!

So, today I spoilt myself.
I spent my "Sunglass Hut" vouchers, and bought myself a hot pair of Dolce&Gabbana sunglasses. They're just yum.
I also spent some more cash and bought myself a GHD straightener, becoz my old one died like a fornight ago. So my hair..which is now brown again..has been unruly for 2 weeks - quite vulgar I tells you.

In a couple of weeks I've got time off from work. I'm excited.
I'll also be living on my own. Can't wait. For two months. Then, possibly in August, me and my bud Lisa are probably going to look into moving out and stuff. Also very exciting.
I'm 24 next month, so I think it's time I grew up - Just a little bit.

So it's a Saturday night and I'm staying home. It's kinda lame, but I'm just so exhausted mentally from work (because I haven't had time off in a year...) that I just need to rest. I could've gone out with friends tonight - but that whole third wheel feeling don't sit well with me.

So in like 7 weeks its my birthday.
I'm excited. I love birthdays. But mostly I love my birthday.
I'm thinking I'll be at Bimbos for the main event on Saturday the 17th February... (2 days before my actual birthday).
I don't think anyone on here really cares that much - but I've got it on my mind so I may aswell spit it out on here.

Basically all weekend I'll be drunk, scattered and/or otherwise totally consumed on another planet.
It shall be a grand ol' time.

On February 10th I'm going to see Evanescence. I'm excited. I like them. It'll be the second time I see them. So its cool.
On the 4th of February I start taking care of my sister's house and her psycho kitty.
The 5th of February I start my two week time out from work - thank fuck!! I need the time off... just to do time off things. Like being on my own. Waking up when I want to - which will still probably be at or before 7 am.. my body clock is weird but oddly punctual.

As of tomorrow, I will be blonde no more.

Today I had the best day ever. We only worked for like 4 hours - I got to leave in time to meet the most wonderful person for lunch, and an afternoon spent browsing around a book store and playing pool.... hmm and iced coffee.
It was so much fun indeed.
I wish I could do these kinds of things everyday. Work is so overrated. I like play time.

I've decided that NYE will be spent at home. I'm just not buying into this whole NYE hype. I'm not interested.
It will be fun, because it will be spent with someone who takes the time to understand me. All the good and bad parts... and gives me silly nick names because I do things in unique ways. I like it.

1 more month and I'm house sitting my sisters place for like 9 weeks! Very exciting. Exciting indeed.
I will have freedom.
But thankfully my sister lives way closer now than she used to - so all my chums can come cruising on by. Well hypothetically, because that probably won't happen.
